How does Find Your Bear work?

Pick the bear that matches your mood (or your whole personality), choose your garment — crop top, cropped hoodie, long sleeve crop, oversized tee or sports shirt — then pick your size. We dispatch from the UK within 1–2 working days and send it your way.

Are the designs really original?

Yes — every member of the Society is original Teddy Society artwork, drawn for us. You won't find these bears anywhere else.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch takes 1–2 working days, then UK delivery is typically another 2–3. See the delivery page for full details.

How do the sizes run?

The oversized tee runs intentionally big — size down for a closer fit. The crop top and long sleeve crop are true to size with a cropped length. Fit notes for the cropped hoodie and sports shirt are also on the size guide. Full details on the size guide.

Is there a discount?

Yes — 10% off orders over £40, applied automatically at checkout, and free UK delivery on orders over £50. No codes needed.

How do I care for my print?

Wash inside out on a cool cycle, don't tumble dry, and don't iron directly on the print. Treated kindly, your bear will stay looking sharp.

What's “Mature Humour”?

Some of our bears have a mouth on them. Designs badged “Mature humour” contain adult jokes — they're clearly labelled before you buy, so nobody gets an accidental surprise gift for grandma.

Can I return a printed item?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you've changed your mind, and a further 14 days to send it back. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. The full policy is on the returns page.
