Every Teddy Society piece is designed and printed in the UK, and we keep things moving fast — most orders are on their way within a day or two.

Timings

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes a further 2–3 working days from dispatch, and you'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is £4.99, and free on orders over £50. Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.99 if you'd like it sooner.

If your order hasn't turned up within 10 working days, get in touch via the contact page and an actual human will chase it for you.
